Zurich: Osteria OTTO

On behalf of the previous tenant, who held a long-term lease, we looked for a suitable successor for this location. Together with the lease, the existing inventory was also sold to the successor. From among several applicants, the focus was on selecting a concept that ideally suits the location and the property.

Stefano Corrado and Maria Ventola won us over with their concept and thereby added value to the property. Osteria OTTO combines modern Italian cuisine with a relaxed, warm atmosphere. With homemade pasta, seasonal dishes and a carefully selected wine list, it is a lively meeting place in Zurich's District 6.
