Letting, leasing & location brokerage
For owners: we find the right tenant or leaseholder for your property, taking into account the surroundings and the impact on the long-term value of your property. With our industry experience, we support you in drawing up the lease.
For operators: we find the right location for your concept, whether hotel, restaurant, bar, café or shop. Together with you, we check whether the location, surroundings and layout suit your concept, and we support you in negotiating the lease.
Operator search
For hotels and restaurants, we look for the operator who suits the property and the location. From our own operational experience, we know what a good operator needs to bring, and we carefully examine concept, experience and economic viability before proposing a candidate to you.
Search mandates
Are you looking for a hotel, a restaurant or a retail space? With a search mandate, we take over the search for you. We only propose properties that suit your concept, including ones that are not publicly advertised. We accompany you through to completion.
Fees
We work on a success basis. For preparing professional letting documentation, we charge a flat initial fee. The success fee is calculated on the basis of the agreed net rent. All other costs are included in the success fee.
