On behalf of the owners, who over many years had made the hotel one of the best-kept boutique hotels in the Lake Constance region, we were commissioned to find a suitable buyer to continue the tradition of the house. In addition to the property, the operating company was also sold. This ensured that the hotel could continue to operate as a whole and that its established identity and special character would be preserved.

MONTELAGO HOSPITALITY owns the Hotel Beausite in Wengen, which is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation in several stages. Wengen, one of the best-known holiday resorts in the Jungfrau Region, and the Lake Constance region around Lindau are both distinguished by their exceptional natural beauty. The experience and synergies from both hotel locations offer valuable potential to further develop the guest experience and to provide guests at both destinations with added value.
